    I can't comment on the quality of the stay, since I booked the room for guests rather than myself. But I can say that the handling of my booking by the admin/accounts staff was woeful. There were so many mistakes made in one simple transaction: forgetting to book the rooms after speaking with me on the phone and receiving my booking authorization via email, charging me for breakfast, which should have been included, charging the wrong credit card and ALSO refunding the wrong credit card (someone else's card, not mine), and sending me invoices and receipts of other people on multiple occasions. It seems that the accounts staff need further training. I explained time and time again what was wrong and they refused to amend the mistakes made with the credit cards until I lost my temper. The extremely poor admin service is enough reason for me to recommend you think twice before booking here or at least, check your receipts very carefully after staying here.

    Do not stay here! I travel a lot for work and this place was my worst experience so for. The rooms are modern enough but the walls are paper thin and you can hear every noise. The restaurant food was very over priced home cooking, nice enough but not when you are paying top rates. And then the service... my rental car was damaged under direction from their staff while in the parking lot. The staff member denied it and the general manger said it was my word against the staff and they would do nothing. Their complaint system then just goes back to the same manager with the same "you must just be a lire" response. Too bad for the Rydges group me team spends a fair bit with them in our travels and I will be "encouraging" them not to use Rydges ever.
